Brainy ADHD is a productivity and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device.

The content provided within the app is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or TDAH (ADHD) treatment.

2. Use of the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to use Brainy ADHD only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the app.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Our "PRO" features are offered via subscription. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you are using a Reverse Trial, your access to PRO features may be restricted at the end of the trial period unless a purchase is made.

4. Virtual Goods & Digital Pets

Digital pets, items, and "skins" earned or purchased within Brainy ADHD are licenses to use those assets within the app environment. These virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any attempt to manipulate the app's code, exploit bugs, or engage in behavior that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brainy ADHD is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall brainyadhd.com be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
